Stephanie earned her real estate license at the end of 2013 and has been a full time Realtor® since then. In four short years she has closed over 24 million in sales with the average home ranging from $150,000-$175,000. She has gained immense experience in what it takes to get her clients to the closing table, whether it is representing them as a seller, buyer or both. Stephanie knows what it takes to get her sellers top dollar for their home in the shortest amount of time. For sellers, she walks her clients step by step through the process of selling their home so they know what to expect. She also helps them get their home show ready through staging, professional photos and much more. She has experience in representing the first time home seller, people who have sold multiple homes, investors turning an investment property, military sellers, seller with land and residential lots and sellers with homes on land. She also has experience in representing builders and knows the right pricing and marketing methods for new construction.
She also knows what it take to get her client the best deal when purchasing a home. She loves to educate her buyers on how to use their home as an investment for their future. She has experience in representing clients purchasing existing homes, new construction, residential lots and water front property. She also has experience in representing investors in purchasing a home to resell and advises them through the process.
Earl earned his real estate license in December 2015 and started selling real estate in April 2016 after leaving his job at Dish Network to become a full time Realtor®. In just two short years, Earl has closed over 16 million in sales. Earl knows what it takes to get his clients the best deal when purchasing. He has experience in representing clients who have purchased existing homes, large tracts of land, residential lots, residential homes with land and water front properties. Earl also has experience in representing investors purchasing an investment property. He advises them along the way on the best way to use their funds for the maximum amount of return. Earl also has experience in representing clients who have built from the ground up. He loves find the right land for them and walking them through the construction process to the closing table.
Personal Information: Earl and Stephanie have been married for 8 years. They both love working as Realtors together. When you buy or sell your home with them, you get two hard-working Realtors for the price of one. You do not get an agent, you get a team who will walk with you every step of the way. They live in the Fountain City and are proud to call it home. Earl and Stephanie have three boys named John, Paul and Judson. They are both committed to being self-employed to spend as much time as possible with one another and their boys. They also love to travel and create new experiences in their spare time!
